Hi guys, well I'm finished my project! This african skirt was designed by me with no pattern. I hand drafted 3 panels to make the skirt full with a lot of gathering. My band is 3 and 1/2 inches wide. The band has a 3inch wide corset elastic in the back which is in the front band also. This makes the skirt waist adjustable. The skirt has 2 hidden pockets in the navy panel of the skirt and it has an invisible zipper in the side. I put in a 5 inch wide hem that is blind hemmed.

Hi guys, this is a dress i made for a customer (McCall's 6744) view A. I made it long like view B. The customer brought her own pattern and her fabric came from New York. There are a few changes I made, I did a self lined bodice, double stitch the neck, armholes and the hem with my Baby-lock evolve machine. It looks more professional with it lined. I also made a 1 and1/2 inch tie belt that was also double stitched. I also put in a 2 inch hem in. My customer has fitted it and
